Planned Parenthood Scouting for Girls

Dear Friend,

The Girl Scouts of America (GSUSA) has always been seen as a wonderful opportunity for young girls to engage with other girls and learn new skills that will help them throughout their lives.

This may have been true 100 years ago when the organization was started, but GSUSA has moved away from that mission in favor of a leftist agenda, letting transgender “girls” sleep with biological girls at GSUSA camps and giving members a sense of superiority over their male counterparts.

And to make matters worse, they are also partnering with Planned Parenthood.

The Girl Scout’s website Q&A states they have no affiliation with Planned Parenthood, but some would beg to differ.

According to 100 Questions for the Girl Scouts, the GSUSA has featured their logo on a brochure distributed by Planned Parenthood called “Nobody’s Fool: Dating, Love, Sex, and HIV?” and currently directs members to “sexual health” related websites affiliated with Planned Parenthood as part of badge requirements.

As if this wasn’t enough, GSUSA has now awarded the Girl Scouts Gold Award, the highest honor a Scout can receive, to a project which, according to the MyGirlScoutCouncil Facebook page, moved to “destigmatize access to women’s healthcare,” a deceptive way of saying the project was about removing stigma around abortion.

GSUSA is also affiliated with, and participates in events for, the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), according to both GSUSA and WAGGGS websites.

WAGGGS is a self-proclaimed advocate for abortion rights, and according to the GSUSA website, part of their investment income goes directly to WAGGGS.

The website My Girl Scout Council whose mission statement is “documenting pro-life concerns about the girl scouts (sic)” reports that WAGGGS has a “close partnership” with the International Planned Parenthood Foundation (IPPF), but that they only use that partnership to give girls the “message of sexual and reproductive rights.”

This is a thinly veiled way to say they teach girls about their right to have an abortion.

GSUSA is exposing their young, impressionable members to this disgusting agenda, and we need to do something to stop it.

Planned Parenthood portrays themselves as a pro-woman organization by associating with the GSUSA mission statement claiming to build “girls of courage, confidence, and character.” This influence ultimately creates trust between Planned Parenthood and the Scouts.

Parents, whose view of GSUSA is based on a century-long mission of supporting young girls, are unlikely to question this agenda. Badge requirements leading girls to websites affiliated with Planned Parenthood that promote irresponsible sex, events sponsored by WAGGGS including speakers from Planned Parenthood, and brochures and materials containing age-inappropriate information about sex distributed at some WAGGGS events will cause more unplanned and unwanted pregnancies which will lead to more abortions.

Abortion can no longer be an option.

You can stand against the murder of unborn babies by signing your Protection of Life petition and forwarding it to your friends.

Planned Parenthood is a dangerous organization and in another attempt at indoctrinating America’s youth, is now trying to infiltrate an organization that many families trust for their daughters. We need to stand up against this and teach children that unborn babies deserve to live and should be protected.

Hoosiers for Life

P.S. Planned Parenthood is now infiltrating the Girl Scouts of America, attempting to reach young girls and expand their consumer base in the process. We need to fight against this and save unborn babies.

You can help us by forwarding the Protection of Life petition to your friends.

Also, I hope you will pitch in $5 or $10 to aid Hoosiers for Life in spreading information about the Protection at Conception bill.
