The case is won.

The case for life has been won in every aspect necessary to provide a solid disprovable case against abortion.
The case for life has been won in every aspect necessary to provide a solid disprovable case against abortion!

By Definition:

Life (i.e., the life of an individual human being) is a continuum. The terms zygote, fetus, infant, child, adolescent and adult all refer to periods of a human being’s life cycle. None of these terms mean “not living.” All human beings come into existence at the beginning of their biological development and progress along the life cycle until biological death occurs—whether it be 80 years later from old age or eight weeks later from an abortion.

Before an abortion, a preborn baby is biologically alive. After an abortion, he or she is biologically dead. Abortion destroys actual life and all the potential that life possesses.

Scientifically:

During natural human sexual reproduction, when a human oocyte and a human sperm join, a new individual human life with its own unique genetic code and destiny is created. This is a scientific fact.

If preborn babies were not biologically alive, an abortion to halt their physical development and remove them from their mother’s body would never be necessary. If a preborn baby’s existence were not as biologically definitive as any other human being’s, killing (i.e., abortion) would not be necessary for his or her removal. In reality, abortions are performed precisely because the preborn baby is alive, and his or her life is not “wanted."

Morally:

A "human being" is a living member of the species Homo Sapiens.  Science can without a doubt whether or not any living thing is a human being.  Once a human...always a human.  Humanity is not something one acquires like a skill.  You are either human or not.  As humans, we should be able to clearly agree that it is not OK, nor should it be "legal," to kill other human beings.

As humans, the issue of life and death should be the most important.

Biblically:

Embedded inside every book of Scripture, and woven into every doctrine is a standard of justice and mercy for all.  God tells us to love others more than ourselves, its as simple as that.

The celebration of a Christian is that Jesus came to conquer death.  How can a Christian ever believe then that Christ would be pleased with them killing their child?

Since the beginning of Creation Satan's agenda has been to kill what God loves.  Humans are created in the image of God and His desire is for them all to be saved from eternal death.  This should be evident to all believers that the root of abortion is wickedness and nothing less then a war against God.

Abortion is a complete contradiction to the Word and should not be tolerated by anyone who says they believe in God the Father and his gift of salvation.

Medically:

Destroying the life of another human being is not reproductive justice, but rather a post-reproduction murder.  It is not health care.  It is the disposal of another individual primarly for the case of "convience"

If a mother's life was in danger, there is never a reason to go in and aggressively kill the child.  A physician should keep the child in the womb for as long as possible, then remove the child from the womb carefully and use all necessary measures to save the child's life.

Racially:

Abortion kills minority children at more than three times the rate of non-Hispanic, white children.

Alveda C. King, daughter of slain civil-rights leader A.D. King and niece of Martin Luther King, Jr., quotes her uncle often when outlining her opposition of abortion. She writes:

[Martin Luther King, Jr.] once said, “The Negro cannot win as long as he is willing to sacrifice the lives of his children for comfort and safety.” How can the “Dream” survive if we murder the children? Every aborted baby is like a slave in the womb of his or her mother."

To put it bluntly, abortion has thinned the black community in ways the Ku Klux Klan could have only dreamed of.

Economically:

There have been over 60 million documented aborted babies in this country since 1973 – similar to the population of Indiana, Ohio, Michigan,Illinois, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Iowa combined.

Given an average federal tax revenue of approximately $8500/citizen, and assuming that those aborted between 1973 and 1996 (those who would be 20 yrs or older, and with approx. 1.2 million aborted nationwide a year) would now be productive taxpayers.   This is right araound 27,000,000 people and the U.S. economy is losing roughly $235 billion per year in tax payments thus far.

Biologically:

Abortion causes actual physical, biological death.  If the preborn baby is only a "potential life" why does one need an abortion to bring about its actual death?  How can you kill something that is not already actually alive?
